FAQ’s

Are your tours suitable for people with disabilities or reduced mobility?

Yes! We welcome travelers of all abilities and will do our best to adapt our tours to your specific needs. Some sites in Barcelona, including parts of Gaudí’s architecture, may have limited accessibility, but we always aim to create the most comfortable and enjoyable experience possible.
Please let us know your requirements in advance by contacting us, and we’ll work with you to find the best tour options and routes.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the tour. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, no refund is available due to ticket reservations and planning costs.

Do you offer private tours?

Yes! We specialize in personalized experiences. Whether you’re a couple, a family, or a group of friends, we can tailor a private tour just for you—just let us know your preferences when booking.

Are food tours suitable for people with dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. Just let us know your preferences when booking, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Are your tours family-friendly?

Yes! We welcome travelers of all ages. Our guides are great with kids and can adapt the tour content and pace to suit younger travelers.

Are your tours environmentally friendly?

We strive to make our tours as sustainable as possible. We prioritize walking tours and collaborate with local businesses to support the community and reduce environmental impact.
Additionally, if you’d like to give back, you have the option to donate €2 per tour, which goes directly to local social and environmental projects in Barcelona.

What should I wear or bring for the tours?

We recommend comfortable walking shoes, a reusable water bottle, and sun protection (especially in summer). For visits to churches like the Sagrada Família, modest clothing (covering shoulders and knees) is recommended.

Will we have time for photos?

Yes! Our Sagrada Família and Gaudí-focused tours include skip-the-line access, so you won’t waste time waiting in long queues..

How do I book a tour?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred tour, date, and group size. A confirmation email with all the details will be sent to you shortly after booking.

You can also click on the contact section in order to ask for a personalized offer or specific tour.

Please note that even if you don’t see the date that you are looking for available in the calendar there may be a possibility to book if you contact directly using the contact form.

What happens if it rains?

Our tours run rain or shine, and Barcelona is beautiful even in the rain! We recommend bringing an umbrella or raincoat just in case. If the weather conditions are extreme and a tour needs to be canceled for safety reasons, we will contact you and offer rescheduling or a full refund.

In exceptional cases, rescheduling is possible if the guide and client find a suitable schedule for both of them.

Is the price per person or per tour?

We offer private tours so the price that you see is the price per tour and it, with the total cost depending on the group size and customization.

If the tour has a specific extra (such as ticket entrances or food) that depends on the number of people, this is going to be indicated when booking.

Each tour page on our website clearly indicates the pricing structure, but feel free to contact us if you have any questions!

Are taxes or any other fee included in the tour price?

Yes! The price you see is the final price, with all taxes included. In accordance with Spanish law, 21% VAT (Value Added Tax) is already factored into the tour cost—so there are no hidden fees or surprises at checkout.

Where do we meet our guide?

There is a meeting point in every tour that you will see linked when booking a tour.

Picking up service and dropping off may be possible for an extra fee (please ask).

If your Hotel / accommodation is less than 10 minutes walking from the meeting point we can adapt and pick you up for free.

Moreover, Laura also speaks fluent French because she has lived and worked in France and Belgium so french speakers are very welcome 🙂
