Terms and conditions

By booking a tour with LocalBarcelonaGuides, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

    • All tours must be booked in advance through our website or directly via email/phone. 
    • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. 
  • Prices are listed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT 21%). 

2. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Private Tours: 
    • Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the tour 
    • 50% refund if canceled 24–48 hours before 
    • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show

3. Changes and Rescheduling

    • We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking, depending on availability. 
  • If we need to reschedule a tour due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll offer an alternative date or a full refund. 

4. Tour Participation

    • It is your responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time. Arrivals to the meeting point 20 minutes after the starting time will be considered as a “No show”. 
    • Participants should be in good health and able to complete a walking tour unless otherwise agreed in advance. 
  • We are happy to accommodate mobility needs or special requirements—please let us know ahead of time.

5. Weather Conditions

  • Tours are held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather that makes the tour unsafe, we may cancel or reschedule. If canceled, a full refund will be issued. 

6. Liability Disclaimer

    •  LocalBarcelonaGuides is not responsible for any personal injuries, lost items, accidents, or delays during the tour. 
  • Participants join tours at their own risk. We recommend that all guests carry personal travel insurance.

7. Entrance Tickets and Inclusions

    • If entrance tickets (e.g., to the Sagrada Família) are included in your tour, this will be clearly stated in the description. 
  • If not included, we will assist with purchasing them in advance, when possible.

8. Children and Families

  • Children are welcome on our tours, but must be accompanied by an adult. Some tours may not be suitable for very young children—please check the tour description or ask us before booking. 

9. Privacy and Data Use

    • By booking a tour, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected and protected. 
  • We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

10. Code of Conduct

    • We aim to provide a respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all guests. 
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
