We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible. Please review our cancellation terms below:

Private Tours

  • Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour. 
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour. 
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or in case of no-shows.
     

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

We kindly ask guests to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start.
 If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee extensions or refunds for missed portions of the tour due to late arrival.

Guides will wait for 20 minutes after the starting time of the tour. After this time, if guests have not yet arrived it will be considered as a “No show”. 

Weather Policy

Our tours operate rain or shine. In the rare case of extreme weather or conditions that compromise safety, we may need to cancel or reschedule the tour. If this happens, you’ll be offered the choice of a full refund or alternative date.
